This committee is responsible for preparing the annual budget, pursuing endowments and grants, and providing the ways and means for the historical society.
Genealogical Committee - Ruth Gembe, Chairperson
This committee is responsible for the procurement and maintenance of the genealogical records of the society. Committee members shall assist members of the society and the general public with genealogical research. For more, click here.
Harbaugh Church Committee - Gordon Heidelbach, Chairperson

Membership Committee - Stephen Monn, Chairperson
This committee is responsible for maintaining complete records of past and current members, mailing renewal notices and recruit new members.
Nominating Committee - Jeff Zody
This committee is responsible for nominating candidates for positions on the Board of Directors.
Oller House Manager - Ken Bream
This manager is responsible for obtaining and storing supplies used in the routine running of the society, performing routine maintenance, performing other services to facilitate the routine business of the society at the Oller House.
Preservation Committee - Jim Fisher, Chairperson
This committee is responsible for working to advance historic preservation within the Waynesboro Area School District.
Program Committee - Helen Shelley, Chairperson
This committee is responsible to plan and conduct all meetings except business meetings. They also are to plan and conduct all other society events that do not fall under another committee.
Property Committee - Jeff Zody, Chairperson

Publications Committee - Dave Thompson, Chairperson
This committee is responsible to produce and market all publicity releases, newsletters, periodic journals, and books published by the society.
Technology Committee - Doug Mowen, Chairperson
This committee is responsible to oversee the specification, acquisition, installation, and maintenance of all office equipment and software owned by the society. They will also identify how evolving technology can best benefit the society.
Volunteers Manager - Ellen Gsell is responsible for recruiting, training, and coordinating the volunteer staff of the society. This manager will prepare and maintain a procedural manual for volunteers.
